Thank you!!!
Thanks for the videos.
Thanks
In this session you continued to analyze in detail and discuss the issue of motivating the student, to involve him / her in the educational process as much as possible, it was interesting, thank you!
Thanks!
Very interesting, thank You!

Thank you!
I really appreciate the idea to use some tricks and humor during the class to increase students' engagement and personalization, thus I agree with Prof. Chechurin. However, you know, it is sometimes very hard to use universal humor, because using the jokes depends on the class and students. If you have solo-ethnic students maybe it is easy to use some specific senses of humor, but if you have multi-ethnic and multi-race students, it is too hard to utilize humor, because temper is not universal and everybody does not enjoy it. But I try to use normative tricks for ice-breaking staff.
Moreover, I am obliged to get some of the information about using learning analytics, I think it is very important, but let me clarify, what do you mean exactly learning analytics, you mean previous experience analytics or current study-process analytics? Please, give me one example of that.
Thank you in advance!
:) thank you, Shalva!
As I had to teach in different countries and communities, I can tell how hard to find that "universal humor" line... Oh, sometimes you can not really expect how much you hurt some of your students because of specific situation, culture or background.
In the US they typically say: never make jokes/discuss about sex, politics and religion in the class. And it could be the ground rule. On the top of that there always be smth specific or painful, that can come out. So we need to be ... wise and sensitive to the pains of others.
Learning Analytics is a Big Topic! We are not talking much about it this time, but... if there is an interest, we can call a workshop.
That would be great! Thanks!
Dear Prof. Chechurin, I would like to find out more about Learning Analytics, too.
