Thank you!!!
Thank you dear Leonid and Anastasia!
Asincrhonous teaching fit very well from my point of view fo continuous education, but for young generation we first have to rethink all educational process, to create in schools required background, to grow independently thinking pupils, self-determined and good time managers.
I think one major point has been missed out - moving students in one place to study is also because of our human nature, how many of us are self-motivated? Or are good self-managers? 5%? Humanbeigns are social creatures when everyone around us is studying we also are getting involved in this process, but when you are alone at home, than how strongly are you motivated to study? At least my students are not. They have confessed that coming to university makes them more organized, at 8.00 they already are waked up, ready to study, but at home, they can stay all day round in pijamas and this doscourages them to do anything. I agree that we can improve teaching using both Synchronous and Asynchronous how we have such many sources of information....But you now what I have noticed, having so much available on internet makes us know less more than ever, because our lasy brain considers : why to learn if everything is there on internet...
